1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Convert Projects (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Convert Projects is intended for professional users (interior designers, decorators, staging consultants, and design studios); it is not intended for homeowners or minors.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates laws.
- Do not send tracked share links to recipients without a legitimate professional relationship or their consent.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
4. AI-generated output
Convert Projects uses AI-assisted tools to help create concept presentations. Outputs may vary and may require review, editing, or professional judgment. Refunds are not provided solely because a user is dissatisfied with AI-generated images, wording, layout, style direction, or design interpretation.
5. Concept presentation limitation
Convert Projects is intended for early-stage concept presentation and client communication. It does not provide construction drawings, technical specifications, engineering advice, code compliance review, procurement schedules, BOQs, or final design documentation.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the briefs, brand assets, and client information you upload. Convert Projects retains ownership of the platform, templates, and any generic elements of generated decks. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. Rendered decks are yours to share with your clients.
7. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and requesting deletion. On termination, we may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet any specific expectation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convert Projects will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to Convert Projects in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Convert Projects harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Convert Projects legal entity. The governing jurisdiction and venue will be specified in a final published version of these Terms before the service is generally available; until then, these Terms are provided on an interim basis for the current preview and limited launch.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
