What we use
Convert Projects uses cookies and browser local storage only for functional purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering your language, and running the app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell or share tracking data with advertisers.
Session cookies (authentication)
When you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) writes a session token to browser storage. This keeps you signed in across pages and refreshes. It expires when you sign out or when the session times out.
Preference storage
We store your language preference (English or العربية) and interface preferences in browser local storage so the site loads in your chosen language on return visits.
Analytics
We use aggregate, first-party analytics provided by our hosting platform. This records page views, referring source, approximate country, and device type. It does not use third-party trackers or profile individuals.
Proposal-view tracking
When your client opens a share link you have sent, we record the view (count, timestamps, session fingerprint) so you can see when the proposal was opened. The client is not identified by name unless you have entered their name in the project record. This tracking is intrinsic to the product's core promise; disabling it would mean the tracked-link feature does not work.
Payments
Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page when you subscribe or top up credits. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own policy.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out and reset your preferences.
